Bubble Discharge

We were going to do an experiment by using our taste buds. we were gonna make sherbet; First we got into groups of three, then we got our ingredients from Koka Rozie then went to Anroux's desk. Then we looked at the instructions, then we put a little of everything, we put in one teaspoon of icing sugar, half a teaspoon of flavour, a fourth of baking soda and half a tablespoon of  citric acid. Then we mixed it all around in a paper bag. We took turns mixing the sherbet and when it was ready to taste. Anroux took the first bite, something was happening, I didn't know if Anroux was enjoy it or not, I thought he was enjoying it so I had some. To my surprise it was reacting with my saliva and bubbling and frothing in my mouth. The bubbles were expanding until they were gargantuan. They got to huge so I spit it out. After, Troy had some and the same happened to him. Finally we shared our reactions, the end.
